Nur Kose is an American-Bengali-Turkish Muslim who is the eldest of five siblings. Nur has roots in upstate New York, Delaware, and North Carolina, where she graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, Class of 2019. Some of her favorite things are reading, snow, and ice cream. Her favorite ice cream flavors are Snickers and banana split. She is the author of the STAIRS series, a children’s book series introducing Islamic concepts in a fun way. She is also the co-author of “The Summer When Everything Changed”, a fun middle grade novel.
